 3 x Agency SW We require 3x agency transitions social workers for a 3 months period to replace agency staff currently undertaking this work through the managed team with Consultancy Plus. The posts are required to ensure a co-ordinated transition for young people from child to adult services. This capacity is urgently needed to ensure we are fulfilling our statutory duties.
