We are recruiting for a motivated worker to join our busy team. This role is with one of the UK’s highest performing local authorities, serving as one of the best places to live and work in.
 
This role requires you to have experience in a similar role; hybrid working and flexible working are available.
 
Discussion around hours and working days can be had with a suitable candidate.
 
Objective of the role:

• Review best practice and benchmarking particularly in relation to digital / AI, Early Help
• To identify any opportunities for efficiencies to deliver the service within budget and ensure all relevant statutory duties are adhered to.
• Consider a whole system view of the impact / consequences of any decisions / recommendations with reference to the strategic context outlined above.
• To provide recommendations to the 0-19 Service Transformation Steering Group for the delivery of the 0-19 service from April 2026.
