We are currently looking to appoint two new Trainee Recruitment Consultants for our London office. This is a sales role, so will involve daily proactive sales sessions, speaking to schools about candidates who are looking for work. Consultants are targeted to achieve weekly business growth in line with their business plan.
You could:

  • have previous recruitment experience (not just in the education sector)
  • be a teacher who is seeking a role away from the classroom that still enables you to give back to the education sector
  • be looking to start a career in recruitment after working in a previous sales related role

As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing strong strategic partnerships with your existing, allocated schools
  • Taking a proactive approach to sales by putting the candidate first
  • Hitting your own account management targets
  • Identifying, attracting and shortlisting candidates for your roles
  • Sourcing new business leads
  • Meeting with new, existing and potential clients regularly

The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experience and be:

  • A confident communicator with the capacity to develop and maintain existing relationships
  • Able to work towards achievable targets and strive to break your own business records
  • Looking for a challenge and a real opportunity to become a stakeholder in this business
  • Creative, with capacity to develop unique sales and marketing plans to create some excitement within our market place
  • Used to working in a competitive, fast-paced, fun, progressive and successful environment
