Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Team Managers to lead two new teams of child support and protection. These teams operate on a 6 week duty cycle , supporting referrals, assessments and planning for child protection, child in need and looked after children and involve in court work. The focus of the team manager role is to ensure the consistency of performance and the quality of social work practice.

Requirements:

• SWE registration
• Previous management and supervisory experience
• Extensive post-qualifying experience within children’s services
