Rate: up to £600 per day
We are recruiting for motivated qualified social worker to join our busy team. This role is with one of the UK’s highest performing local authorities, serving as one of the best places to live and work in.
This is a qualified role requiring you to be SWE registered and have relevant experience within children’s services.
An exciting opportunity has arisen on a fixed term contract for a Strategic Manager for the social work Assessment Teams, CHAD and EDT.
This opportunity is available for applications from suitably qualified and experienced internal and agency staff. This position will be line managed by the Assistant Director.
The Strategic Manager for this role should have considerable experience of managing social work teams and ideally experience of managing the Children’s Social Care assessment, front door and emergency duty functions. They should also be able to evidence how they have delivered excellent performance and improvement in their current management role.
