Children’s Social Worker, £38ph, Quality Improvement Partner, London
Pertemps are recruiting for qualified and experienced Social Workers to join Hackney’s Children’s Services as a Quality Improvement Partner within Family Support. This post’s key function is to chair early help multi-agency meeting, quality assure and support practice development of family practitioners, provide case supervision, coordinate early help referrals and family intervention underpinned by practice standards and understanding of safeguarding and statutory processes.

Key accountabilities:

• To work collaboratively with children’s centres and multi-disciplinary professionals to improve quality and deliver a coordinated approach to the planning and delivery of early help family interventions.
• To support children’s centres to implement Hackney’s Children’s Centre Family Support Framework and monitor outcomes for children and families.
• To provide children’s centre family support teams with case management supervision including identifying safeguarding concerns.
• To Chair fortnightly Multi- Agency Team (MAT) meetings and identify and manage risk.

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with leadership experience
• SWE registered
• Extensive post-qualifying experience within children’s services
