Social Work Assistant – Redbridge
£25.93 per hour.  
  The successful candidate will working within the Adults Safeguarding Hub and will assist in gathering information, managing safeguarding referrals, and supporting decision-making in collaboration with social workers and partner agencies.  We welcome applications from individuals who: 

• Are passionate about safeguarding and early intervention 

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and organisational skills 

• Are confident communicating with professionals and families 

• Remain calm under pressure and work well in fast-paced environments 

• Have experience in social care, health, education, or related fields 

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Supporting the triage and screening of safeguarding referrals 

• Liaising with professionals and families to gather relevant information 

• Maintaining accurate records and contributing to assessments 

• Promoting trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and strengths-based practice 

• Assisting with the coordination of multi-agency meetings and follow-up actions
