We are looking for an experienced and dedicated professional to join our dynamic Safeguarding Adults Team, where you will play a key role in making a real difference to the lives of individuals and communities.

• Collaborate across adult social care and partner agencies to support and strengthen communities, ensuring value for money while addressing safeguarding adults’ concerns.
• Deliver support through a strengths-based approach, fostering opportunities, building resilience, and developing sustainable support networks.
• Commit to enabling individuals to live successfully, independently, and safely.
