Pay rate –  £31.09 per hour 
The reviewing officer’s role in adult social care hospital teams is vital for ensuring timely and suitable transitions for individuals from hospital to their home or other care environments. This requires a thorough understanding of the individual’s needs, their existing support networks, and accessible community resources.
