Reablement Occupational Therapist, Wiltshire.

Grade K Experienced Reablement Occupational Therapist – Wiltshire, South West England. 
Pay Rate: £36.24 per hour. 
Working Pattern: 37 hours per week. 

Pertemps are recruiting for an Experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Reablement team in the local authority in Wiltshire, to support customers in their own homes to achieve greater Independence, promote their well-being and minimise long-term care needs. 

Must Have:

• 2+ years of post qualification experience. 
• Hold a full UK driving licence to conduct client visits.
• Professional Qualification in Occupational Therapy (Diploma or degree)
• Registered with the HCPC as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience of working with adults
