Adult Social Worker – Front Door
Location: East London
Pay: £32.00 ph
Contract: rolling 3 month, 35 hrs per week

We are recruiting an experienced Social Worker for an Adult Front Door Team in East London. 

The front door of Adult Social Care cluster review the temporary provisions put in by the Hospital Social Work team. This is a community based role and involves carrying out Care Act assessments, CHC checklists and DST’s, Mental Capacity assessments, and support planning where appropriate on a rolling 3 month contract.

To be considered for this post you must be registered with Social Work England and at least 2 years post qualifying experience as a social worker.
