Personal Advisor – Buckinghamshire

Pay rate – £24 per hour
 
Contract – Temporary  
 
Buckinghamshire County Council are currently recruiting experienced Personal Advisors for their Leaving Care team.
 
Hybrid working available
Guiding care-experienced young people aged 16 to 25 toward independent living.
Core duties include assessing needs, co-producing and reviewing Pathway Plans, advocating for housing and employment support, and transitioning care duties as young people turn 18.
 
 
Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
