Worcestershire County Council is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their Adult Social Care team.
In this vital role, you will:

• Deliver a specialist Occupational Therapy service, identifying options to enhance independence and reduce reliance on care.
• Use a wide range of tools, including equipment, assistive technology, manual handling techniques, and training to support clients.
• Lead on early reviews of post-hospital discharge packages, helping reduce long-term care needs and ensuring effective use of care resources.

What we’re looking for:
✔ HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
✔ Experience in community-based or hospital discharge services
✔ Strong knowledge of equipment provision, risk assessment, and reablement strategies
✔ Ability to work collaboratively with health and social care professionals
