🕒 Hours: 37 hours per week (flexible – days/times to be discussed at interview)
💰 Rate: £28.40 per hour
💼 Contract: Locum | Full time

Pertemps Social Care is currently recruiting for a qualified Occupational Therapist to join the Independent Living Service in Wolverhampton. This locum role is ideal for a field-based OT with experience in aids and adaptations, looking to make a meaningful impact in just one day a week.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out OT assessments for individuals with complex health and social care needs
• Recommend and coordinate the provision of appropriate equipment and home adaptations
• Work collaboratively with service users, carers, and professionals across social care and health
• Support safe, independent living through tailored intervention plans

🔹 Requirements:

• HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
• Proven experience in community-based OT and housing/adaptations
• Confident managing a field-based caseload
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice
