🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out manual handling risk assessments
• Prescribing complex equipment to support independence and reduce care needs
• Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support individuals with complex health and social care needs
• Contributing to care planning and review processes

💼 About You:

• HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
• Experience in manual handling and equipment prescription
