Occupational Therapist – Adult Intake Team
Location: Barking & Dagenham
Pay Rate: £32–£35 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week (3 days office-based, 2 days working from home)

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Adult Intake Team in Barking & Dagenham.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for completing assessments, developing care plans, and supporting adults to live independently and safely. You’ll work collaboratively with a dedicated multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Requirements:

• Qualified Occupational Therapist
• Post-qualifying experience within adult social care
• HCPC registration
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
