Pay rate to £450 per day 
Contract role, Local Authority Housing 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Strategic Asset Manager for a Local Authority in East London. 
You will need to have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority Housing setting. 
Details: 

• The role is within the Asset Management team. 

• Criteria for the role is RICS membership, either MRICS or FRICS.  

• General practice or property management surveyor.  

• Experience in landlord and tenant work.  

• Experience in a wide variety of property transaction types.
