Pay rate £600 per day

Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Head of Asset Management – Valuation and Strategic Assets for a Local Authority in the South London area. 
This is an Agency role and you will need experience of a similar role in a Local Authority setting 
Details: 

• The Head of Strategic Assets is a key role within Valuations and Strategic assets team responsible for processes, policy and systems as well as leading on complex landlord and tenant contractual cases.  

• As such the role requires an individual who can demonstrate significant Landlord and Tenant and property contract expertise and must be a chartered survey and current MRICS. 

 
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
