We are looking for an experienced children’s social worker (3+ years post-qualifying experience) to join our Fostering Kinship Assessment Service, where you will play a pivotal role in improving the lives of children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:

• Complete Form C Assessments with expertise and professionalism.
• Manage a diverse and complex caseload, maintaining a child-centered approach in all decisions and actions.
• Utilize your experience and knowledge to recruit and assess foster carers, ensuring stable and supportive placements for children and young people.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of fostering, particularly Kinship, with comprehensive knowledge of fostering regulations, legislation, statutory guidance, and processes.
• Apply creativity, motivation, and passion to deliver excellent services and improve outcomes for children and families.
