Head of Inclusion, Assessment & Review – Middlesbrough

Pay rate – £500 per day
 
Contract – Temporary
 
Middlesbrough Council are currently recruiting an experienced Head of Inclusion, Assessment & Review for their SEND services.  
 
Candidates must have:
Experience of leading statutory SEND services, with working knowledge of all relevant guidance
Knowledge and experience of inclusion and outreach/specialist teaching along with working Knowledge of the guidance relating to alternative provision and permanent exclusion
Experience of leading placement and provision planning
Experience of managing/ leading diverse teams
Experience of leading successfully across multi-agency partnerships with a range of key stakeholders
Significant experience of budget and resource management
Experience of change management and service improvement
 
 
 
Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
