Grade D Occupational Therapist, Hammersmith and Fulham, West London.
Working Pattern: 36 hours per week. 
Rate of pay: £38.00 per hour. 

Pertemps are recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join the team in the Hammersmith and Fulham local authority, To provide an Occupational Therapy service to physically disabled and older residents within the Royal Borough.

Must Have:

• Registered as an Occupational Therapist with the Health Professions Council (HCPC)
• Must hold a BSC or Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience of working with older and disabled people
• Ability to undertake holistic assessments of service user’s and carer’s needs and establish their priorities
