Family Support Worker, Darlington  
Pay – £20.46 per hour  
We are looking for a Family Support Worker to join our Keeping Families Together Service to provide targeted packages of support to children, young people and their families.  
This is a role involving work independently and at times alongside other professionals and Social Workers.   
Past experience within a similar role would be preferred or specific transferable experience from past employment.
