Family Support Worker – Cumberland

Pay rate – £25 per hour
 
Contract – Temporary
 
Cumberland Council are currently recruiting an experienced Family Support Worker for their Children’s Support & Protect team.
 
Ideally need to live Kendal/Lancaster way as the role is to supervise contact for families in Barrow/South Cumbria/Lancs and possibly Blackpool.
 
Only need to be in the office (Carlisle/West: either) once/fortnight for team meeting as otherwise they would be WFH and travelling to contact.
 
 
  
Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
