Location: Sefton, Merseyside
Contract Type: Locum – Project/One off workload
Rate: £675 per day 
Start Date: ASAP
Working Pattern: Flexible (Remote/Hybrid options available)

Pertemps are currently seeking a HCPC-registered Educational Psychologist to support a well-established local authority in Sefton. This is an excellent locum opportunity for an EP who is passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and young people.
🧠 Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments as part of statutory EHC needs assessments
• Provide consultation and advice to schools, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Deliver high-quality written reports in line with statutory guidance
• Support early intervention and inclusion across educational settings

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• HCPC registration as an Educational Psychologist
• Previous local authority experience preferred
• Ability to manage own caseload and work autonomously
• Enhanced DBS (registered on the update service or willing to apply)
• Availability for part-time or full-time locum work
