Children’s Social Worker – Nottinghamshire

Pay rate – £36 per hour
 
Contract – Temporary
 
Nottinghamshire County Council are currently recruiting an experienced children’s Social Worker for their CIN/Cp team based in Ashfield.
 
Two-week induction period is expected to be in office. Minimum 3 days in office thereafter.
The office base is at Lawn View house, the area that we cover is Ashfield.
 
The vacancy is for a long term busy social work team.  We cover, child in need, child protection, initial child looked after and initiating care proceedings.  The role requires a level of flexibility due to work demands.  
 
 
Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
