Children’s Social Worker – Fostering Panel Advisor, South Yorkshire and Greater Manchester
Pay rate £40-£45 per hour

Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Children’s Social Worker in South Yorkshire and in Greater Manchester. 
This is to work as a Fostering Panel Advisor (see below for responsibilities) 
 
There is plenty of hybrid working available.

• The Fostering Panel Advisor is responsible for the running of the Fostering Panel and the new Long Term Matching Fostering Panel.  

• The Panel Advisor is expected to provide professional fostering expertise and advice to the fostering service and to the Agency Decision Maker.  

• They quality assure and oversee the collation and presentation of all reports and paperwork for Panels.  

• They also ensure panel procedures and processes meet Fostering National Minimum Standards.  

• The Panel Advisor works with Panel Admin to ensure the smooth running of Panel.  

• The post holder also leads on updating key fostering documents such as the Annual Report, Foster Carer Handbook, Policies and Procedures, QA framework for Panel and the Fostering Service.
