Children’s Social Worker – Durham

Pay rate – £28.42 per hour
 
Contract – Temporary
 
Durham County Council are currently recruiting an experienced children’s Social Worker for their First Contact/MASH team.
 
The team is the first point of contact for new contacts about children, young people and their families in Durham.  The MASH supports local safeguarding partners to share information and work together.
 
This is a great role for a social worker confident in risk identification and response.
 
The team undertake office/home based work only.
 
 
Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
