Children’s Social Worker Development Officer – Newcastle

Pay rate – £30.42 per hour
 
Contract – Temporary
 
Newcastle City Council are recruiting an experienced children’s Social Work Education Development Officer for their Adult and Children’s Social Care.
 
Full time or part time available
Hybrid working with majority of work completed from home
Just expected to come into office if there were face-to-face meetings or tricky situations to deal with.
 
Stage 2 practice education qualification (we may accept stage1)
Recognised Social Work qualification, e.g. CQSW, DipSW, Degree in Social Work, or equivalent.
 
 
 
Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
