We are recruiting for a motivated qualified social worker to join our busy team. This role is with one of the UK’s highest performing local authorities, serving as one of the best places to live and work in.
 
This is a qualified role requiring you to be SWE registered and have relevant experience within children’sjuik-0 services.
 
An exciting opportunity has developed within the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub in Swindon Borough Council for an Assistant Team Manager. The managerial role is non case holding and is in a dynamic environment where you’ll be working alongside other partner agencies to help to identify risk, protective factors and inform decision making. This is a fast paced team which requires an ATM who is able to work to strict deadlines and make safe and robust decisions under pressure.
 
£100 per week to use towards either mileage or accommodation if candidates lives 50 miles or more from Swindon.
