Adult’s Social Worker – Middlesbrough

Pay rate – £203.90 per day
 
Contract – Temporary
 
Middlesbrough Borough Council are currently recruiting experienced adult’s Social Workers for their Single Point of Access team.
 
The role will be primarily to review people who have been discharged from hospital under discharge to assess, assessing homecare, care home placements, undertaking CHC funding meetings. 
May also involve work for Older Peoples Mental health team.
Role will mean that need to be present in Middlesbrough on a daily basis in order to visit clients.
 
 
Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
