Adult’s Social Worker – Knowsley

Pay rate – £36.82 per hour
 
Contract – Temporary  
 
Knowsley MB Council are currently recruiting experienced adult’s Social Workers for their Community team.
 
Hybrid working – 2 days office based
Advanced Practioner role, therefore, must be experienced in the field of community social work and experience providing supervision. 
 
Supporting adults requiring ongoing, long-term care following prevention team assessments.
Core duties include conducting strengths-based Social Care Needs Assessments, developing person-centered support plans, safeguarding vulnerable adults, and facilitating transitions for young people into adult care services.
 
 
Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
