Adult’s Social Worker – Cheshire West & Chester

Pay rate – £32.00 – £35.00 per hour
 
Contract – Temporary
 
Cheshire West & Chester Council are currently recruiting an experienced adult’s Social Worker for their Right-size Care project team.
 
Actioning care reductions, working closely with Occupational Therapists and care providers, with sound understanding of proportionate care.
Timely reviews with targeted right-size care approach.
 
 
Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
