Adult’s Social Care, Reablement Team, West London 
Pay rate £20.05 rising to 27.48 per hour  
Contract role – Reablement Worker, 7 day contracts for 36 hours per week 
  
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Care worker in West London. 
This is to work in a Reablement team to provide a high standard of reablement care and non invasive health treatment for clients referred into the Community Independence Service. 
The working pattern will be across 7 days, and you will need to make visits to Service User’s homes, so ideally you will be based in West London close to Hammersmith and Fulham. 
You will need to hold a NVQ Level 3 for this role.
