💰 £35.80 per hour 
🕓 Full-time, Ongoing Contract

We’re recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join Sefton’s Adults Social Care team.
You’ll carry out holistic, person-centred assessments for adults with physical or psychological disabilities—helping them regain independence and maximise their daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete functional assessments in clients’ homes.
• Recommend and arrange appropriate equipment or adaptations.
• Provide practical advice to clients and carers on managing disability and mobility.
• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Liaise with housing, contractors, and partner agencies for adaptations.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold data protection standards.

You’ll be working autonomously while supported by Lead Practitioners and the Principal OT, contributing to Sefton Council’s commitment to high-quality, person-centred care.

Requirements:

• HCPC registration.
• Post-qualifying OT experience within Adult Social Care.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation (Care Act 2014, DFGs, etc.).
