Adult’s Head of Mental Health, Learning Disabilities & Autism – Luton

Pay rate – £65,762-£72,846 per year plus £3,203 car benefit
Contract – Permanent

Luton Borough Council have an incredible opportunity to join their Senior Leadership Team in Adult Social Care. The purpose of this role will be to lead specific strategic areas of activity across the operational service portfolio and their partnership with East London Foundation Trust to ensure that services meet regulatory standards, deliver statutory duties and are a model of best practice.
Luton are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the strategic direction and delivery of services for individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and autism. Your role will involve developing innovative approaches to care, ensuring high quality service provision, and collaborating with key stakeholders.
You will need at least 1 year of post qualification experience and to be registered with Social Work England.
