Qualified Social Worker – Hospital Discharge
£43.78 per hour 
Merseyside
35 hours p/w

We are looking for Qualified Social workers to join a busy Hospital Dicharge team in Merseyside. Prior experience in Hospital Discharge and Liquid Logic is essential as they really need you to hit the ground running!

What you need:

• A degree in Social Work or equivalent
• Registered with Social Work England
• Completed relevant post-qualifying training
• Enhanced DBS check
• Excellent communication and written skills
