Adult Social Workers, Nottingham city 
We are seeking three Adult Social Workers to work within a Transformation team.  
Key Requirements : – Liquid Logic essential – Broad experience across different adult social care areas – Recent frontline practice and Care Act assessment experience – Knowledge of Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, and care package management – Office presence one day per week – All reviews conducted face-to-face (no telephone reviews) 
Pay – £32.05 per hour
