We are looking for an experienced social worker to join the multi-disciplinary team to support adults living in the community in a strength based way. Experiencing is managing complex caseloads and proven experience in the completion of needs assessments, care and support planning, mental capacity assessment and other associated assessment is key 
 
Pay rate – up to £35ph
