Adult Social Worker – Learning Disabilities Team – Darlington
Pay rate £27 per hour
Relevant Experience in:

• Working with individuals with Learning Disabilities

• Completing assessment support planning and Capacity assessments

• Experience working with ICB/ CHC completing checklists and attending relevant funding discussion’s.

• Court of Protection applications and safeguarding triage and enquiries.

• Able to manage a varied caseload of individuals with competing priorities, organisational skills are important.
