Social Worker required to support with: 
-Generic social care case load with increased complexity  
-Experience with older adults, Learning Disabilities, physical disabilities and autism  
-Experience in safeguarding  
-Hybrid Working  
-Visits within the community of Derby required 
£up to 30 per hour
