Payrate- £31.44

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and complete in-person reviews, including reassessments, carers’ assessments, and support planning based on individual needs.
• Work within a structured process: tasks are screened and allocated by the supervising manager and authorized through the Learning Disability Quality Assurance (LD QA) procedures, with full support provided.
• Utilize the Mosaic case management system—previous experience is preferred, though training and support can be provided for those new to the system.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to impactful review work that supports individuals within the Learning Disability Service.
