Rate of pay: £39.98 per hour
Hours per week: 37 hours per week
Working Arrangemnets: 3 days per week completing assessments in clients’ homes and 2 days in the office for writing report

Pertemps is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Adults Team in Somerset. This is a community-focused role supporting individuals in their own homes to promote independence and improve quality of life.

About the Role:
This position is primarily community based, with 3 days per week completing assessments in clients’ homes and 2 days in the office for writing reports, progressing cases, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Essential Experience & Skills:

• Relevant multi-disciplinary social care experience within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Proven partnership working with Social Care, Health Services, Voluntary Agencies and/or Education.
• Strong knowledge of Social Care practice in line with HCPC guidelines, relevant legislation, and issues affecting adult client groups.
• Confident IT skills for accurate data input, retrieval, and case recording.
• Ability to speak fluent English (Part 7, Immigration Act 2016).

Essential Qualifications:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Willingness to undertake further study and professional development.
