Why Relocate To Warwickshire?

Warwickshire is a great place to live and work.

From Nuneaton, the largest town, to the smallest villages, there’s lots on offer, and the county provides a great foundation for a rich and varied lifestyle.

Families can enjoy lots of stunning open spaces including Warwick’s St Nick’s park, Leamington’s Victoria Park and Kenilworth’s Abbey Fields, all of which are perfect spaces for letting off steam!

If you’re buying property and want to live further out of town, it’s certainly worth taking a look at some of the surrounding areas. For example, Heathcote, Whitnash and Syndeham are in the heart of the county, not far from Leamington, and offer a good range of residential properties.

Kenilworth’s castle may not be as well-known as its neighbour in Warwick, but don’t let that put you off. Its geographical location means it’s a good starting point, and the town has great housing stock, excellent schools and facilities, and a real sense of community. If city culture is important to you, it’s well within reach of Coventry, the UK City of Culture for 2021, and London is only 90 minutes away by rail.

West of Stratford is the Roman town of Alcester. It has a rural feel about it, but is still within reach of Stratford and Warwick. It’s a lovely town with a great community spirit and there are some great properties in the surrounding areas.

If you have a family, schools are a crucial factor in any move, and Warwickshire will not disappoint. Many of the county’s primaries are “good”, and a decent proportion has been rated “outstanding” by Ofsted. For more information visit Warwickshire's schools online.
