Responding to sector needs
Anyone involved in social care over the past few years will have seen how the sector has evolved. At Pertemps Social Care, our focus has always been to provide clients with the resources they need, but recently, and more so since the coronavirus pandemic, we’re getting involved with consultancy and operational support.
As a result, our consultants have pooled their sector networks, specialist skillset and private sector drive to provide the bespoke recruitment solutions clients need. This involves cost-effective mid-level management consultancy combined with executive search and the large scale recruitment solutions we built our reputation on.
Will Fletcher joined Pertemps Social Care at an exciting time in the company’s development. He leads the team providing capacity and expertise to local authorities, both in children’s and adult services throughout the Midlands.
As an accomplished recruitment professional, and someone who recognises the importance of building relationships, Will is well known for his work in the social care sector. He has spent the past few years listening and responding to the particular needs of his clients, and strongly believes that there is no such thing as a ‘one-size fits all’ recruitment solution.
